We LOVE food at Pembroke Townhouse and we make and bake everything here in our kitchen.
You are very welcome to take away any of our recipes, please just ask!
Our Bacon, Sausages and Pudding hail from Loughnane’s Craft Butchers in Co. Galway.
All fruit is seasonal and Irish where possible, some we even pick ourselves in Co. Wicklow (Blackberries, Elderberries)!! Our Dairy and Organic yoghurt comes from “Organic for us” Dairy in Co. Donegal.
Eggs are Free Range and from Co. Monaghan.
Fresh herbs have travelled the shortest journey to us, from our Summer garden patio!
