Directions from Dublin Port to Pembroke Townhouse:
1. On exiting the Port, you will come to a roundabout - take the first exit off this onto Sean Moore Road. Continue to the end of this Road.
2. Turn right and immediate left at the Garage.
3. At the traffic lights, go straight onto Londonbridge Road, which leads on to Bath Avenue. At the end of Bath Avenue, you will see a Spar shop on your left hand side.
4. At this junction, take the straight option (which is slightly to your right and not exactly straight across from you). You are now on Haddington Road.
5. At the next traffic lights, turn left onto Northumberland Road.
6. Approx 300 meters along this road there is a very small Statoil Petrol Station on your right. Take the lane immediately before the Statoil turning right.
7. This is a little lane called Baggot Lane – follow this lane and you will see our back / car park entrance on the left hand side. The gate is labeled “Pembroke Townhouse car park”, but go slowly as it is easy to miss. You will then need to turn left into the gate entrance at the back of our car park. Ringing the gate bell you will see on the right hand side on the wall and this will alert us and we will open the gate for you.
8. Park, then you will find the back door at the back of the building with a bell on the right to alert us at reception to unlock it for you. Once you enter through this door into the building, the lift is around to the left. Press “2” in the lift for the second floor - this will bring you to reception.
Directions from Belfast to Pembroke Townhouse:
1. Continue on the M1 motorway.
2. Keep on the main road and follow the signs for Dublin city centre.
3. The road leading you into the city center is called Drumcondra Road.
4. Before the railway bridge, take a left into Clonliffe Road, which changes into Poplar Row and East Wall Road.
5. Drive until the roundabout on York Road and take a right into Sean Moore Road (the road bends slightly to the right), which changes into Church Avenue, then Londonbridge Road and Bath Avenue.
6. At the traffic lights, drive onto Haddington Road which is in front of you.
7. At the next set of traffic lights, turn left onto Northumberland Road.
8. Follow Northumberland Road. Before the set of traffic lights and just before a derelict petrol station on the right hand side, you will turn right into a little lane called Baggot Lane – follow this lane and you will see our back / car park entrance on the left hand side. The gate is labeled “Pembroke Townhouse car park”, but go slowly as it is easy to miss. You will then need to turn left into the gate entrance at the back of our car park. Ringing the gate bell you will see on the right hand side on the wall and this will alert us and we will open the gate for you.
9. Park, then you will find the back door at the back of the building with a bell on the right to alert us at reception to unlock it for you. Once you enter through this door into the building, the lift is around to the left. Press “2” in the lift for the second floor - this will bring you to reception.
Directions from Limerick /Cork to Pembroke Townhouse:
1. Arrive into the outskirts of Dublin and at the first traffic lights continue straight through (Newlands Cross).
2. Move into the middle lane and continue straight to the roundabout and take the second exit (Red Cow roundabout).
3. Continue straight keeping in the left lane and take the slip lane to the left towards the major junction with traffic lights at the very high over road. Turn right here onto Long Mile Road.
4. Continue straight passing four sets of traffic lights. Then immediately get into middle lane to go straight (Left lane turns right and right lane is for buses). Crumlin Children’s Hospital will be on your left.
5. Continue straight passing various lights you will notice the following DID electrical on the right, Garda Station on left, Maxol Station on left, over small bridge.
6. At the next lights, go straight passing Coome Woman’s hospital. Continue straight to the end of the road where you must turn right or left. Turn Right.
7. Continue straight to next lights. Continue straight passing three sets of traffic lights. Then, all traffic veers left onto St. Stephens Green.
8. Once you get onto St. Stephens Green, move into the second lane from the right and continue to the traffic lights. Taxi rank will be to your right. All traffic goes to the right.
9. Keep in second lane from the right and after the next traffic lights, move into the first lane on the left. Continue straight off St. Stephens Green.
10. Continue straight along Baggot Street keeping in the left hand lane.
11. Cross over a small bridge again and there are some shops again in this area, after the next lights turn left immediately beside AIB Bank (on the left hand side).
12. Fifty meters onwards, take the first lane to the right “Baggot Lane”.
13. Follow along this lane and you will see our back / car park entrance on the right hand side. The gate is labeled “Pembroke Townhouse car park”, but go slowly as it is easy to miss. You will then need to turn right into the gate entrance at the back of our car park. Ringing the gate bell you will see on the right hand side on the wall and this will alert us and we will open the gate for you.
14. Park, then you will find the back door at the back of the building with a bell on the right to alert us at reception to unlock it for you. Once you enter through this door into the building, the lift is around to the left. Press “2” in the lift for the second floor - this will bring you to reception.
Directions from Rosslare to Pembroke Townhouse
From Rosslare Harbour you will take the N25 motorway that becomes N11 and you will drive all the way up to Dublin. On Bray area you will be driving onto Bray Road that becomes Stillorgan Road. There is a Traffic light at the end of Stillorgan Road and beginning of Donnybrook Road, where you will turn right onto Anglasea Road and then left onto Pembroke Road. You will drive across the traffic light at Jury’s Hotel, that you will see on your right hand side, and turn left immediately after the StatOil petrol station. You will drive a few metres more, and then you will see the signs for our car park on the left hand side. Once you are in you can access the building using the back door.
