“Best value in Dublin” - This hotel does not have the best bedrooms in Dublin, not the best comfort nor the best bathrooms. What it does have is a great location, free car parking - paying for parking in hotels is one of my pet hates - a wonderful staff, great breakfast and touches that make it feel more of a home from home. It is also the best value hotel in Dublin. It's location is walking distance if you are going to events in the RDS or the Aviva. After a meal in the city it is also pleasant walking distance back. It is close to many of Dublin's excellent pubs. On the downside, it is an old house, the windows can be "thin" so traffic noise in the front, not intolerable, just there. The 11" CRT TVs could be replaced and the pillows could be better. But then this is a Townhouse and being that it is perfect.

“Central, clean and friendly - best in Dublin so far”
- Cosy and clean, very friendly staff, bright and nice room. The hotel is located 10 minutes walk from town in a lovely neighbourhood. Complimentary coffee, tea and homemade cake and biscuits. Very friendly staff and very good price. I've finally found a hotel to recommend in Dublin!

“Hotel with very cosy, friendly atmosphere”
- We enjoyed our stay at the Pembroke Townhouse very much. Although we arrived late at night, we had a cosy welcome, tipical irish fingerfood and a gorgeous chocolate cake was given to us.Nice rooms, very very clean and only 15 minutes walk to get to the center.Super available staff also prior to getting to Dublin (information about how to get from the airport to the hotel etc.) Absolutey reccomendable!

"Best part of Dublin” -
My daughter and I stayed here for 5 nights. We were beyond impressed. It was an amazing experience staying at the Pembroke Townhouse after staying at all the different places we had been staying at during our travels. It was totally worth the money, in fact, I almost want to say they don't charge enough for their services! It is such a good deal for all they do. To start, the location is amazing, not ideal, but it suited us just fine because we don't mind walking. It was a 20 minute walk to the city center, which was great, and about a 2 minute walk to all the bus stops, so we had no trouble exploring Dublin with this hotel as our base. It was also very very quite, which is rare for Dublin and we loved that aspect. Secondly, the staff was incredible. They were beyond helpful and always willing to assist us with a smile or a kind word, they never seemed annoyed or rude, and if they were they hid it very well. Melissa helped us so much. She arranged a tour of Newgrange for us and it was a great time, all because of her and her help, which she quickly offered up to us before I even really asked her. She also helped us with the multiple inquiries we had about directions, I am sure we must have been driving her bonkers because we asked so many questions, but she was always kind and gracious, and her directions were always accurate. Another lady that worked there, Christina I think, was also quite helpful, she called us a cab in the morning and helped us a lot as well, always with a smile too! The staff rocks! Thirdly, the staff brought us complementary tea and coffee immediately after we requested it, this was an amazing free service I was not expecting and was totally grateful for it. The staff was always quick and accurate with this as well, very helpful. Lastly, the hotel was clean, comfortable, affordable and had amazing siting area and a lift! Our room also had a bath tub, which, from my experience, is rare in a hotel that was as affordable as the Pembroke Townhouse, so that was fantastic.

“Lovely accommodation” - I found this guesthouse really charming. Lovely friendly staff and we got upgraded on arrival to gorgeous rooms. These rooms were modern, clean comfortable and the beds were huge!!!
The location is perfect for anyone attending anything in the RDS as we were but also ideal for the town centre as it is just a short taxi ride into the city centre.
On arrival we were greeted with an indulgent chocolate cake sitting on the reception desk which was there for anyone who wanted a slice and homemade elderflower juice on request also.
Later that evening there was chese and crakers in reception available for guests if they wished to try some. I stay in hotels/guesthouses etc for work every week and I would recommend this accommodation for anyone on business or leisure.
