Dog-friendly Boutique Hotel

A dog-friendly Dublin holiday…

We would be delighted to welcome you and your canine companion to Pembroke Townhouse. Dogs of all shapes and sizes are welcome, as long as they are well-behaved. Just bring along his/her bed and favourite food, we’ll supply the doggie bowl, and maybe a treat or two!

A pet fee of €40 per night will be added to your rate. We have a limited number of pet-friendly rooms available so contact info@pembroketownhouse.ie in advance of your stay to avoid disappointment.

For the consideration of our other two-legged guests, who may not share our love for animals, we ask that you don’t bring your dog to the Lobby or Breakfast Room. But if your pet would like a sneaky breakfast sausage, our chef is a softie for a pair of puppy-dog eyes.

We hope your pet feels at home in your room, but nobody likes being left at home all day, so please make sure your pet isn’t left unattended for long periods of time. We can recommend some great dog-friendly places nearby that you can visit together.

Herbert Park is just a few minutes walk away and is perfect for a morning run. We’re also a short stroll from Toner’s pub on Baggot Street, where many a dog has spent a lazy afternoon in the outdoor beer garden. Sandymount Strand is also a popular seagull chasing spot with the furry locals.

If your pet loves to be pampered, we can arrange a Very Important Pooch grooming session at our local pet salon. Treat them to a full head to paw grooming or pop in for a pawdicure. Just don’t blame us if they get used to the life of luxury!

If for any reason your pet is feeling under the weather, we’ll do everything we can to get the right veterinary care, and get that tail wagging again. We take great pride in our record of five wag reviews.

If either of you need anything else during your stay just paw dial ‘0’ for reception and we’ll be at your service. Please note: all pets must check out with their owners, no stragglers!

P.S. Staff at Pembroke Townhouse reserve the right to rub bellies and tickle ears.
