Your cooked breakfast will be a feast of farm-fresh eggs, bacon and
sausages or smoked salmon fished off the pier at Howth. Everything on
your plate will be locally sourced and freshly prepared and served in our
elegant, sunny dining room or delivered to your room with freshly brewed
tea or coffee.
Enjoy field mushrooms, tomatoes and seasonal fruit straight from the
market. Fresh herbs picked in our garden. French toast drizzled with
honey from hives in the Wicklow hills. Luscious preserves, jams and
marmalades made right here in our kitchen.
